The Arapahoe County Public Health WIC Program’s project aims to increase WIC enrollment in Arapahoe, Adams, and Denver Counties.
This project will focus on affecting WIC engagement, and increasing WIC enrollment. Innovative strategies employed by the project include increased frequency of WIC co-location with community-based organizations and resource navigation. Lessons learned will contribute to best practice models for co-location, the WIC shopping experience, and high quality cross program referrals.
