The California WIC Association’s project aims to strengthen and streamline the WIC enrollment process in San Diego, Los Angeles, Lassen, and Trinity, California.
This project will innovatively establish linkages between WIC agencies and health information exchanges (HIEs). Lessons learned through this project will provide a framework for other counties and states interested in leveraging HIEs for referrals and data sharing.
