Centro Savila’s project aims to increase WIC program awareness and participation in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
This project will use innovative practices to train an existing case management team as WIC Navigators, while developing communication materials and building strong partnerships with local nutrition and food security organizations. Lessons learned through this project will provide a scalable, adaptable model for other communities facing similar challenges to adopt a WIC Navigator model.
