Nicklaus Children’s Hospital’s project aims to improve WIC participant experience and increase awareness and redemption of benefits in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
This project will use a Health Information Exchange (HIE) to better connect people accessing health services with other safety net services. Lessons learned will contribute to best practice models for collaboration between health care systems and safety net agencies.
